STURROCK, Alick Riddell, RSA (1885-1953)

Biography

Sturrock was an Edinburgh born landscape artist in oil and watercolour. He especially painted farming subjects in SW England, and occasional still life. With Eric Robertson and Spence Smith he developed a mild form of Vorticism.
